I see more and more AI-generated images on FB. I think it’s important to know what happens. How they impact our planet and our lives.
“We need to build more data centers!” the tech companies say. “We need to keep up with the demand!”
And, of course, the creativity aspect.
Machines are not meant to create for us. If we continue to use AI to create, what happens to art, writing, and music in the future? Humanity descends into mediocrity. What happens to the writers, artists, musicians? They become obsolete.
